I am absolutely fascinated by trompe l´oeil and extravagant formats
Biography
My name is Mary, I am 29 years old, and I come from the east of France, from a region called Burgundy.
Here is a bit of my story.
Drawing was my first passion.
When I was 16, I stepped in the world of art by learning stone carving and ornaments for 4 years.
In a second time, I became interested in portraits and realism.
Art was always a way of expressing myself.
It´s in 2017 that my art career really accelerated. I started to exhibit my art, in particular some portraits, while working some other jobs.
I am a self taught artist, and always found my inspiration by observing the work of the great artists of this world. I love to constantly explore new things, discover new techniques.
I love playing around with various techniques: coloured pencils, acrylic paint, oil paint, sculpture..
Progressively, I got more and more interested in large volumes and sizes of art and started to paint frescos. I am absolutely fascinated by trompe l´oeil and extravagant formats, and have created several of them across France, for various clients (companies, private clients, local authorities etc).
I paint mainly humans and animals, and my art often represents some aspects of my life that I like to share
