Shalik is a French street artist, born in 1981, He lives and work in Rouen.
Self taught, he studied by himself drawing, painting, aerosol and learned how to use the graphic tablet. He tried himself in several fields, from graffiti and illustration to painting on a canvas.
Shalik loves the world of animation and has worked as a graphic designer, designer and storyboard creator.
In his style; we can find the influence of Franco-Belgian comics, American comics and cartoons. His pieces have a very recognizable visual signature which is his use of black humor in a figurative world where imaginary wacky characters abound.
