Jean Cacheleux is a French ceramic artist.
Born in 1943, Jean Cacheleux moved to Saint Amand in 1974. In 2000 he was distinguished "best worker" of France.
In a constant search for harmony, Jean Cacheleux produces pure forms, almost perfect, playing with contrasts: color, texture, light and shadow contrasts. His exhibition space is, like his body of work, rich in various materials, forms and emotions.
