Presentation

Julien Spiewak (born in 1984) graduated with a Master of photography (Paris 8 University). He lives and works in Paris. Since 2005, he has been producing the series Corps de style in museums and private collections in France and abroad.

The inventory he draws is accurate, except for one detail, a part of the body that interferes in his works. The strange confrontation of antique furniture to the nakedness of the skin. The intrusion of an element changing the vision of unchanged places. Julien Spiewak's works are part of public and private collections, such as the Orario collection and the collection of the Museum of photography in Seoul.
