Graduated from the National School of Roubaix
Painting and drawing are necessary for my balance, I have no particular approach except that of emotion and a certain harmony. Even if for many years, I was forced to suspend these activities, it is thought that I continued to practice them. I transpose what my intellect and imagination are unable to put into words.
My youth took place in the midst of readings, especially those of tales and particularly Chinese tales. They fueled my imagination and stayed at the bottom of my unconscious. Without my realizing it they reappear in my works which often have a dreamlike context. My research is also aesthetic. I often have a global idea of what I would like to achieve, but during the creation process, it is the work that decides and leads to its end.
