Biography
Having approached the world of haute couture a few years ago now, thanks to my professional environment at the time, this allowed me to develop a sensitivity to fashion and elegance, which I try to retranscribe through my painting. My technique and my style have evolved over these years. This is also the reason why I have searched for myself for a long time. I have my own workshop at my home, and it is there, in my universe, that I work from a united fund. According to my inspiration, and also according to the coloring of the background that I have chosen, I prepare my colors. I then paint geometric shapes, on which I add in a second step, and by transparency, the sketch of the face of a woman wearing a hat.
This superposition expresses for me, the tumult, the density, but also the calm, the serenity, the bewitching mystery of an elegant woman, who lets herself be guessed and whose originality and style, are underlined by the wearing of a hat. The colors reflect my feelings of the moment, ranging from nostalgia to harmony, from weariness to envy. Some others of my paintings, also express other feelings, and approach other totally different universes, depending on my inspiration and my creativity.
