Biography
Olivier Rebecq is originally from Provence, having grown up between the Alpilles, the Camargue and Aix-en-Provence.
It was after a long stay in Shanghai that he developed a passion for photography, fascinated by the architectural, social and cultural contrasts of this extraordinary city.
From this experience, he retains a taste for black and white and dark and serious atmospheres, two characteristics that can be found in many of his works.
