Biography
As the daughter of a Painter, Christiane Duflos has always lived surrounded by the artworks of her father that she saw come to life under the lines of his brushes. He was also an Art History teacher and passed down not only his love for painting but also for all types of artistic expressions to her.
She discovered thus William Turner and Nicolas de Staël whose work stroke her deeply. Her father though, didn't want his children to follow in his footsteps as an artist, a path that he considered too painful.
It's only after he died that Christiane finally dared to express herself by painting too.
