Katayoon Firouzi, An Iranian- American contemporary artist painter, based in Texas.
Nature ,poetry and mysticism are the material of her works. In her paintings she likes to take a challenge , to risk of destroying something beautiful to create a " daring " work with pure soul, instead of something " artificially Pretty ".
She is a self-taught painter who believes learning is an endless path . she likes to work on several collections with different mediums, along with photography and digital painting.
