Ahn Hyun-Ju

Ahn Hyun-Ju is a contemporary painter who lives and works in Germany.

In Ahn Hyun-Ju's work, color plays an essential role, always vivid and intense, representing a kind of release for the artist.

The clear influence of American Minimalism in the 60s and 70s drives the artist to achieve a refined aesthetic, both in his lines and in his compositions. Geometric shapes and symmetrical lines form a balance that contrasts with the strong colors of his works.
