Juan Luis Baroja-Collet

Biography

Juan Luis Baroja-Collet is a Basque engraver born in 1957. Heir directly to the Gaur movement, the artist works in San Sebastián, with the engraver Ignacio Chillida, son of the sculptor Eduardo Chillida. Since 1983 he has directed the engraving school in Deba. The works of Juan Luis Baroja Collet are today an integral part of contemporary Basque heritage.
