Biography
The contemporary Swiss painter and graphic designer Annapia Antonini was born in Lugano in 1942. She moved to Paris in 1962 where she studied drawing with Mac Avoy and painting with Pierre Jérôme at the Académie Julian. At this time, she also began to learn about engraving techniques with Johnny Friedlaender.
