Biography
Jimmy Warhol grew up in the glitz, glamour, surrounding landscapes and hard realities of Los Angeles. As a bright student of the affluent Palisades charter school to the hard-working life of being raised by a devoted single mother, Jimmy experienced the highs, lows, insides and outs of the Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice Beach to the Compton neighborhoods of Los Angeles. The abstract cartoon-like representations in most of his murals and canvas works are an implied effort to decimate the fact we are all different yet all the same.
He has partnered with organizations like AIDS Project LA and Viva Con Agua in efforts of shedding light on issues that effect us all. He has done dozens of corporate shows, custom orders, and corporate sponsored public works in Southern California and nationally in the United States. Jimmy Warhol has partnered with brands like Stanley, Black and Decker, Mountain Dew, 429 magazine, and W Hotels. His work has been in galleries through out Los Angeles.
