Biography

Designer, screenwriter and producer, Matt Groening is one of the most influential artists of the 21st century. Inspiring a whole generation of artist, he is the father of the series "The Simpsons" or "Futurama".

Matt Groening won twelve Primetime Emmy Awards, ten for The Simpsons and two for Futurama, as well as a British Comedy Award for his contribution to comedy in 2004. In 2006, he won the National Cartoonists Society Reuben Award for Life in Hell.

On February 14, 2012, he was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
