Biography
Gabriella Torres is a Latinx visual artist and poet living in Iowa. She is the author of two chapbooks, Sister (Lame House Press, 2005) and The Emergence of Brood III (Delere Press, 2014), and is a Pushcart Prize nominee.
Her paintings have been featured in British Vogue and House & Garden. Her work is largely informed by her experience of growing up Latinx in the rural Midwest. She is deeply influenced by Midwestern landscapes and wildlife.
