Biography
I specialize in partnering with reputable galleries, art consultants, interior designers and architects to create and sell unique artwork, textiles or specialty decorations for curated spaces. Additionally, I offer residential and commercial grade fabrics and wallpaper.
Printed works are available on paper, canvas and alternative media such as metal and wood. To think outside the box, my designs are printed on scarves, blouses and dresses.
“Falling beneath the waves amid effervescent aqua tones, my compositions are fresh and original expressions of the colors and patterns of moving water. I use my imagination to distil the kinetic essence of something that never stops.
Irregular shapes of green and blue cover the canvas, reminiscent of the brilliant marine hues that convey water in 19th century Japanese woodblock prints. Close inspection reveals rough, textured surfaces from the thick application of mediums to linen, including oil, acrylic and oil pastel, reiterating the earthy, organic nature of my subject matter.
