Description
This pastel is part of the "Odalisque" series on some of Michael Bastow's favorite nudes in the history of art, such as Titian, Courbet, Manet, Rodin, Soutine or Matisse in this work… He made them during the Covid-19 pandemic, without models, by combining some elements from his own drawings (faces, hands, breasts, etc.) of the 80's and 90's.
