"Still Want You" commands attention with its evocative portrayal of a captivating figure set against a striking background. The subject, central to the composition, is depicted with a rich, multi-faceted skin tone rendered through a mosaic of varied shades of brown. This approach captures the complexity of human skin with remarkable tactility. The figure's pose is both graceful and poised, drawing the viewer's eye with a subtle suggestion of movement. The dark, bobbed hair frames a face that is rich with emotion and character. The artist's skilful use of light and shadow not only highlights the contours of the face but also imparts a palpable sense of depth and realism.

A bold choice of greenery in the background further accentuates the subject. The large, verdant leaves radiate outward, creating a halo effect that imbues the figure with a natural elegance. This juxtaposition between the human form and elements of nature suggests a harmonious coexistence, hinting at deeper themes of identity and belonging. The figure is adorned in a striking garment of vivid green, punctuated with dark circles. This attire echoes the green of the leaves, tying the subject intimately to the natural backdrop.

The minimalistic nature of the garment ensures that the focus remains on the figure's expressive face and the lush, enveloping greenery. The use of broad brushstrokes and a slightly abstracted style lends the piece a contemporary edge, while the meticulous attention to detail in the depiction of light and shadow showcases the artist's technical prowess. Still Want You stands out not only for its visual impact but also for its ability to convey a nuanced narrative through a masterful interplay of colour, form, and texture.
