Description
This captivating work presents a bold exploration of geometric shapes. Against a pristine white background, thick black lines intertwine to form a pattern of interlocking triangles. Each triangle seems to emerge from the center and grow in size, creating an impression of dynamic movement. The subtle shading suggests an additional dimension, adding depth and mystery to the composition. The precise arrangement of angles and proportions demonstrates remarkable technical mastery. This creation, both minimalist and sophisticated, evokes a multitude of interpretations, prompting the viewer to reflect on the interaction between space and form. Through its bold simplicity, it captures attention and sparks curiosity, making this piece a centerpiece in contemporary art.
Presentation
Martin Singer is a contemporary French artist whose artistic journey began when he left Fine Arts in the 90s. His passion for painting has always been the driving force behind his creation.
Committed to questioning his favorite medium, he managed to work on the mode of his presentation most often implemented, which is the frame. But beyond the frame, more general questions become clearer: the off-screen, the border, the inside-outside.
Most often, the artist makes his frames himself with the precision of an artisan carpenter, a frame that he polishes, varnishes or paints according to the needs of the project. This handmade work gives each work a unique, personal and very original look.
