Description
This work represents a profound exploration of inner struggle and human resilience. The shades of intense red and dark cracks, reminiscent of the surface of an erupting volcano, evoke a vision of rebirth through chaos. The colors and shapes chosen create a powerful and emotional atmosphere, illustrating the pain and transformation that can be felt when going through difficult times. The contrast between bright hues and deep shadows generates a visual tension that enriches the message of the work. This painting seeks to touch the viewer's sensitivity, to encourage reflection on the trials that everyone can encounter, but also on the capacity for renewal and inner strength that allows us to overcome moments of crisis. It reminds us of the importance of solidarity, sharing our experiences and seeking light in the midst of darkness.
Presentation
Born in Iran, Sourena Parhizkar discovered his artistic calling through his admiration for French masters such as Cézanne and Matisse. After brilliantly integrating one of the best art universities in Iran, he moved to France to obtain an MFA in visual arts. His art, inspired by nature and nourished by ecological reflection, uses materials such as earth to symbolize the wounds of the planet and its calls for preservation. Between cracks, drips and changing surfaces, his works challenge, prefiguring an urgent dialogue between man and his environment.
