Description
The series "Against the Standstill"
is a homage to movement, change and energy.
Every brushstroke carries the impulse of the moment - sometimes explosive, sometimes flowing. Lines break up, colors collide, surfaces dissolve. The works in this series represent dynamism and change - for not standing still, neither in art nor in life.
"Homage to Francis Bacon" from the series "Against the Stagnation"
Captures the expressive power of the famous artist and reinterprets it.
The dynamic shapes, strong contrasts and emotional depth of the composition create an intense imagery that symbolizes movement and change.
Figurative - Abstract art by Mila Veljac'a in Götzis, Vorarlberg, Austria.
Presentation
A love affair with color.
"My need for harmony, for beauty, balance, but also for liveliness and excitement - for opposites - contrasts, surprises and adventures is reflected in my pictures."
