Description
This abstract artwork features a fascinating swirl of colors and shapes that immediately capture the viewer's attention. Shades of blue, orange, and yellow blend seamlessly, creating fluid movements across the canvas. The indistinct outlines and subtle transitions evoke a sense of depth and mystery, inviting the viewer to explore the image's complex layers. Presentation
After ten years dedicated to modeling, I opened my practice to painting, in a natural continuation of sculpture. The latter gave me a deep relationship with matter and color, which I worked on for a long time through patinas and pigments.
My painting is part of a non-figurative language. Driven by matter and color, my first canvases led me towards the theme of oxidation, then towards an exploration mixing acrylic, ink and oil.
I work with shapes and textures, with color guiding the gesture and giving birth to the image. The ink, through its fluidity, introduces an element of spontaneity and energy, within a controlled randomness.
Through layering and friction, interior landscapes in motion emerge. Nourished by the sea and the sky, they offer the eye a space of tension and breath where the sensitive surface.
