Description
This captivating abstract work skillfully blends shades of deep blue with vibrant touches of yellow and green, creating an ethereal and dynamic atmosphere. The fluid, organic forms appear to float in an infinite watery space, evoking celestial constellations or mysterious marine reefs. Presentation
After ten years dedicated to modeling, I opened my practice to painting, in a natural continuation of sculpture. The latter gave me a deep relationship with matter and color, which I worked on for a long time through patinas and pigments.
My painting is part of a non-figurative language. Driven by matter and color, my first canvases led me towards the theme of oxidation, then towards an exploration mixing acrylic, ink and oil.
I work with shapes and textures, with color guiding the gesture and giving birth to the image. The ink, through its fluidity, introduces an element of spontaneity and energy, within a controlled randomness.
Through layering and friction, interior landscapes in motion emerge. Nourished by the sea and the sky, they offer the eye a space of tension and breath where the sensitive surface.
