Description
Fresh harmony - tranquil sanctuary. Action in the brushwork with a fresh quality of spirit. Intuitive meditation on the impossible beauty of a garden sanctuary. Joyful brushwork - mark making. Remember when you drank rainwater from the garden. Frame to your decor. My artwork is designed to create a dialog with the viewer through color, light, nature and a host of feelings - as a viewer a brand new story emerges. Some of my influences are abstract expressionism, color field painting, action/gestural brush work, Sumi and Asian calligraphy. Protective varnish to enhance color. Professional.
Presentation
Artist Statement:
Why Make Art? The truth is I believe making art chose me rather than the reverse. I'm crazy for uncovering pictures of the unseen--opening the center of simplicity, freedom, still mind, harmony. Pure Water is my muse--surprise is dreamy. Art is everywhere, it's a great big ocean. I've been making pictures since year one.
