Painter: Vyacheslav Petrovick Babac
Sіze: 20x15 cm/ 7.87x5.9 inches
Component: Acrylic, cardboard
This vibrant artwork captures a vivid landscape under a dramatic sky. Dominated by expressive, swirling clouds in different shades of white and gray, the sky sets an energetic and dynamic scene. Below, the land is depicted with bold, textured brushstrokes that convey a lively riverside or lake scene. Hues of blue, green, and sandy brown define the shoreline, where a small group of figures adds a sense of scale and human presence. The use of color is striking, with the deep blues and greens contrasting sharply against the warm earth tones. This painting stands out for its impressionistic style and the artist's ability to convey movement and mood through bold, dynamic strokes and a vibrant palette. The interplay of light and shadow brings the landscape to life, making it an engaging and immersive piece.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
