Original painting from our collection
This artwork is an engaging landscape that masterfully captures a serene riverside scene. The canvas is alive with dynamic brushstrokes, creating a rhythmic flow across the painting. Vivid hues of green and blue dominate the foreground, depicting lush foliage and water, offering a striking contrast to the warm, muted tones of the distant hills and sky. The standout feature is the bold use of impressionistic techniques, where the texture and color blend seamlessly to evoke movement and atmosphere. The buildings atop the hill are rendered in soft, diffused strokes, suggesting an urban presence that blends with nature. The reflective water surface subtly mirrors the surrounding colors, adding depth and tranquility. Figures strolling along the shore imbue the scene with life, inviting the viewer to imagine stories within this picturesque setting. The artist's skillful balance of color and form presents a harmonious and tranquil vista, exemplifying exemplary landscape artistry.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
