This work depicts a contemporary architectural structure defined by geometric precision. Straight lines, flat planes, and expansive windows create a clean, defined volume. Bluish reflections enliven the glass, capturing the deep azure sky and the boughs of a nearby plane tree, transforming the façade into a vibrant surface. The roof, marked by soft shadows, cuts a crisp line against the clear air.

To the left, a plane tree with fresh shoots stretches its branches in arabesque patterns, contrasting with the building's rigid lines. Below, a dense hedge introduces touches of dark green, grounding the scene in the tangible reality of nature. Nature enters the composition subtly, serving as a fluid counterpoint to the building's orderly structure.

The color palette—centered on shades of blue, gray, and deep green—reinforces the serene atmosphere. The rendering of textures highlights the materiality of the surfaces and the precision of the framing. A white air-conditioning unit punctuates the façade—a discreet detail hinting at human presence within this intersection of urban space and natural environment.

The work is painted on cotton canvas primed with smooth gesso. It is stretched over a wooden frame and presented in a black wooden floating frame. It bears a shortened signature on the front and a full signature on the back.
