Description
This painting features a salema fish painted on a blue and white striped background, evoking the Mediterranean Sea. The artist highlights the animal with shades of green and blue, capturing the shimmering light of its scales. The cursive inscription of the Latin name of the Mediterranean fish adds a personalized touch while informing its identity. Every detail, from the fine lines of its fin to the precise contours of its piercing eye, demonstrates precise technique and great attention to the subject's morphology. This work combines simplicity and sophistication and pays homage to the marine world.
The canvas is mounted on a stretcher frame and attached to a wooden box with hinges and a clasp. Inside are six black hooks for hanging your keys.
The interior is painted white. Two holes allow the key box to be attached to the wall.
A certificate of authenticity is included with the work.
