Description
This 2024 composition explores the balance between primary colors and negative space. Bold geometric forms intersect across the surface. Deep blues meet vibrant reds and sunny yellows. Each shape feels intentional and weighted. The white borders create a rhythmic breathing space between the saturated hues.
The artist employs a precise approach to abstract geometry. This artwork blends painting and collage techniques to achieve clean edges and flat planes of color. There is a strong sense of equilibrium in the arrangement. The interplay of triangles and polygons guides the eye in a continuous loop. This piece reflects a study in visual harmony and structural clarity. The result is a modern exploration of form and contrast. The composition concludes with a subtle signature in the lower right corner.
Presentation
Griselda Rivilla Tort (1978, Barcelona), artistically known as GRISELDA.R.T, is a self-taught artist specializing in figurative art and contemporary realism. Her work is distinguished by a profound mastery of graphite and charcoal, techniques with which she captures the intensity of her subjects' gazes and their psychological essence, often incorporating elements of conceptual calligraphy and India ink.
Focusing on portraying icons of music, classic cinema, and history, her work stands out for its meticulous detail that goes beyond simple photographic reproduction, seeking to connect emotionally with the viewer through chiaroscuro.
