Description
Three female figures occupy the space with joyful assurance. The Pop Art style is expressed here through bold black outlines and flat colors.
The artist plays with hair contrasts. Red curls, a blonde bun, and brown hair structure the composition.
The atmosphere evokes a moment of conviviality. The faces are stylized. The gazes are mischievous.
A party scene is hinted at. A glass of white wine and a bottle of champagne accompany these guests.
The brushstroke is free. Spontaneous scribbles float in the background, bringing a graphic lightness to the whole.
Acrylic brings a sharp luminosity to the outfits. The striped blue of a dress is paired with the polka dot pattern of a brown top.
A handwritten inscription underlines the theme of friendship at the bottom of the painting.
This painting from 2018 celebrates the life and pleasure of being together.
The artist's signature appears discreetly in the lower right corner.
