Description
The captivating gaze of a woman dominates the center of this composition. Lying in a nonchalant pose, she seems suspended between dream and awakening. The line is precise, highlighting the finesse of the features and the depth of a pensive expression.
The color palette plays with subtle contrasts. The deep black of the hair contrasts with the luminous paleness of the skin. Ocher and earthy tones structure the lower plane, bringing an organic stability to the whole.
The artist uses acrylic to create contrasting texture plays. The background, treated with vertical and fluid touches, evokes an abstract and vaporous space. This technical approach highlights the human figure, making her presence almost tangible.

After having practiced painting on silk for many years, she trained as a fresco artist (St Savin Abbey). Discovered late the painting in autodicdate in oil then in acrylic and devotes itself there with passion. A vital need to make up for lost time in this field.
