Even the Sun will dim, 2026

Yulia Bulashenko

This artwork unfolds as a visceral exploration of emotion and memory. Bold brushstrokes define a composition where forms emerge and dissolve. Deep crimson tones collide with golden ochres. The palette evokes a sense of ancient earth and raw passion. Each gesture feels intuitive. The artist utilizes a language of color to suggest a shifting landscape. Light pierces through the density of the pigment. It creates a rhythmic tension between shadow and brilliance. The organic shapes hint at archetypal figures lost in an atmospheric haze. This approach reflects a cinematic sensibility. Spatial depth is achieved through layering and texture. Coarse movements blend seamlessly into softer washes. The result is a powerful dialogue between nature and spirit. Every stroke conveys a specific energy. The piece balances chaos with a precise sense of harmony. A solitary, dark drip at the bottom adds a touch of spontaneous gravity to the canvas.
