Description
Runaug Venås depicts nature in action. Her work show abstract landscapes and spaces touched by major events or disaster. Where something withers, something else will emerge.
Her images are made on MDF-boards, the biggest measuring 160x122cm. Runaug has developed her own technique, using "primer"/acryllic paint, charcoal and paper in an intricate way. Her images display skill of both drawing and painting, as well as a very characteristic sense of tactility.
