Paris+ par Art Basel 2023

Paris+ par Art Basel art fair will have its second annual edition this year in 2023. Running from October 20-22 at the Grand Palais Éphémère, the fair boasts an impressive number of galleries, with 156 exhibitors taking part. In keeping with its French setting, it will play host to 61 of the country's most prestigious galleries, guaranteeing a true spectacle of the best and brightest on the contemporary art scene. Among the exhibiting galleries are many featured on Artsper, such as Galerie Lelong, Perrotin, Galerie Xippas, and Templon.

The aim of Paris+ is to create a show that is both specific to its host city but also one that has a strong global resonance, hence the diverse choice of exhibitors. What's more, according to Art Basel's global director Marc Spiegler, the “galleries selected for our debut in Paris embody a tradition of juxtaposing high-quality historical with avant-garde material." In essence, the fair will exhibit both established artists and galleries, but also allow emerging artists and galleries to enter the spotlight.
