Description
Dining Alone from the collection In The Dollhouse by Dina Goldstein. This work presents a scene rich in pink hues, with a delicately old-fashioned decor. The dining room, dominated by pink and gold tones, is decorated with a dazzling chandelier suspended from the ceiling, complemented by two wall sconces. The table, dressed with a lace tablecloth, displays an unfinished dinner. A sumptuous floral arrangement in its center immediately catches the eye. Seated at the table, a woman in a voluminous dress and tulle skirt seems lost in thought, a bottle in her hand. The background enhances the luxurious atmosphere with a partially opened dresser, revealing elegant tableware. This work skillfully fuses opulence and melancholy, emphasizing the juxtaposition of expectation and reality.
