Description
This artwork presents a striking composition of geometric abstraction and dynamic tension. At its core, a swirling mass of black and cream shapes conveys a sense of chaotic motion, contrasted by the stability of two boldly colored planes—a vibrant yellow parallelogram and a stark black rectangle. Presentation
Rusa Tavartkiladze is a female Georgian artist born in 1990 who lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her practice moves along the edge of modernism and its afterlives. Her own artworks push beyond formalism, rooted in modernist foundations. They expand toward humor, philosophy, sarcasm, and mysticism. Each piece becomes a space where rational structures meet ambiguity, where order dissolves into play, and where meaning flickers between irony and transcendence.
