Description
'Astral' - a dynamic sculpture that is a striking example of modern art, featuring a series of meticulously arranged, slender rods that fan out in a mesmerising spiral.
The choice of pastel blue-green rods enhances its ethereal quality, while the sturdy base grounds the piece, offering a tangible anchor to its seemingly weightless form.
Presentation
Thomas follows a passion for creating form based abstract sculpture which responds to aesthetics and fractals within nature. Exploring such principles as Fibonacci led to an understanding that the stunningly beautiful yet often simple laws that nature follow, result in what could most closely be described as perfection within our environment and are synonymous with aesthetic beauty, balance and perfection.
