Description
This intriguing and organic sculpture, carved from a material similar to white alabaster, evokes both delicacy and robustness. Its sinuous and gentle form mimics the fluidity of nature, reminiscent of seashells or vegetal scrolls. The artist has masterfully played with textures and curves to create a perfect balance between movement and stability. Its smooth, polished surface subtly reflects light, giving it an ethereal aura that irresistibly draws the eye. The undulating lines and delicate folds testify to great technical skill and refined artistic sensibility. This captivating and enigmatic work invites contemplation and reflection on the beauty and complexity of natural forms.
Presentation
My sculpture evokes the natural world of which we are a part. I illustrate the dynamics of life, organic erasure, and the connection between the skeleton and the fossil.
