Soulshift, 2026

Marc De Corte

Soulshift captures a suspended moment between strength and surrender, between control and letting go. The figure hangs lightly in space, yet nothing about the sculpture feels heavy — everything is balance, flow, and inner movement.

The body is folded into itself, protective and introspective, while at the same time elevated, almost floating. This duality is what makes the sculpture so powerful: it speaks about transformation. About those moments in life where something shifts inside us — quietly, invisibly — and yet everything changes.

Installed indoors, the sculpture becomes immediately a focal point. Hanging in a corner, near a window, in a stairwell, or in a double-height space, it creates a strong vertical movement and a feeling of lightness. The sculpture interacts beautifully with light and shadow, and throughout the day it appears to move slightly, as if breathing in space.

Installed outdoors, under a covered terrace, in a garden pavilion, or hanging from an architectural structure, the sculpture becomes even more poetic — a figure suspended between earth and sky, like a thought, a memory, or a dream.

Soulshift is not only a sculpture you look at — it is a sculpture you feel.
It speaks about inner change, resilience, and the quiet strength of the human soul.

This is a piece collectors usually choose not only for its beauty, but because it resonates with a personal moment, a life transition, or a story.
