Description
The energy of Pop Art meets the insolence of street art here. This resin sculpture captures an iconic character in a relaxed posture. The chromatic choice is established by a saturated and glossy orange. The epoxy paint finish brings a metallic sheen to the silhouette.
The artist plays with the codes of urban culture. The word Peace, treated in silver and textured lettering, breaks the fluidity of the curves. This visual contrast emphasizes a desire to subvert classic symbols. The gesture of the hand reinforces this message of deliberately provocative serenity.
The entire piece rests on a transparent plexiglass base. This minimalist base leaves all the room for volume and color. The artist's signature appears with precision on the support. This 2026 creation is part of a constant search for creative freedom. The final rendering combines the brilliance of the varnish with the rigor of graphic design.
Presentation
Fred Morgan, a French artist born in 1973 in Gap in the Hautes-Alpes region, creates a vibrant and intensely colorful pop universe where sculpture, painting, and digital graphic design intertwine. A rebel with a tender heart, he draws his inspiration from the rock and pop energy of the 80s, as well as the lively culture of DJs. His work subverts conventions, plays with insolence, and asserts total creative freedom. His most emblematic works, often inspired by the provocative "FUCK" motif, humorously and brilliantly question the role of expression and attitude in contemporary art.
An instinctive and resolutely modern artist, Fred Morgan imposes an immediately recognizable style, between assumed impertinence and chromatic joy.
