Born in 1990 in Paris, GAPIX lives and works in Haute-Garonne.

It is through this "cultures of the imaginary" of the beginning of the century; by means of certain video games, role plays, comics or even certain sciences and technologies; that GAPIX discovered the "Steampunk" tendency, a predominantly literary current whose intrigues took place in a nineteenth century dominated by the first industrial revolution of coal and steam. This is an uchrony referring to the massive use of steam engines at the beginning of the industrial revolution in the Victorian era.
For the realization of her "Steam-hand", the artist follows the aesthetic codes of this movement, using in his realizations noble materials such as copper, brass, wood and leather.
