Biography

Albena Petkova was born on the 9th of September 1995. She has a master's degree in painting from the National Academy of Art, Sofia, where she studied in the studio of prof. Andei Daniel. Her body of work consists mainly of figurative oil painting, where she depicts situations and experiences from the world surrounding her. Exhibitions she has taken part of are 'Contemporary painting Bankya 2019', Art Center Bankya, 'The Past a User's Manual', Nuance Gallery and 'In the Beginning III' Young Bulgarian Artists, Rayko Aleksiev Gallery in Sofia and 'Spaces, poste-restantes' National Autumn Exhibitions, Plovdiv.
