Julia Ross

Inspired by meditation and nature, Julia Ross uses mixed media to transpose the aura of meditation to artwork and inspire a calm strength in the viewer.

The refined delicate brush strokes combine to create bold colors that appear to span spiritual dimensions.

The Internationally collected and recognized artist's use of natural mediums and elements in her artwork blurs the boundaries of culture and dissolves records of time. The beholder is left with the feeling of being in the aura of this world, with the grounded feeling of peace.   

Layer upon layer of paint reveals an  impressionistic view of seascapes and landscapes.  The artwork brings the viewer to a peaceful moment in time, possibly fused with the past to translate a peaceful experience.
