Corps en Meditation, 2026

Agur

A bold exploration of form and color. This 2023 acrylic artwork presents a stylized nude figure in a vibrant shade of red. The composition balances organic curves against a rigid, geometric backdrop. Sharp angles and rectangular planes create a rhythmic tension. Deep blues anchor the lower half of the scene. This creates a striking contrast with the warm tones above. The figure appears fluid. It bends with a natural grace that softens the surrounding abstraction. A singular white orb floats nearby. It adds a celestial quality to the atmospheric space. The artist draws from a rich North African heritage. This influence manifests in the saturated palette and symbolic energy. Every line feels intentional. The interaction between the terrestrial ground and the fragmented sky evokes a sense of spiritual suspension. The application of acrylic is dense and textured. It gives the surface a tactile presence. The piece concludes with a strong visual dialogue between the human silhouette and the structured environment.
