This impressive 60x80cm oil on canvas painting depicts a surrealistically captivating scene. A sleek black panther perched in a tree locks eyes with a hawk below. The landscape around them is tranquil, yet there is a palpable tension between these two powerful creatures, each embodying strength, grace and alertness. The artist's use of soft tones and realistic detail accentuates the intensity of this encounter, capturing a moment that feels both calm and charged with potential energy. The silent tension speaks to the delicate balance of predator and prey, celebrating the beauty and complexity of the natural world.
