Description
Painting by Spanish contemporary artist Ramon Enrich. In this work, the artist creates a dialogue between architecture and landscape through a figurative style defined by geometric forms and an enigmatic ambiance. The nearly abstract simplicity of the shapes lends the composition a theatrical quality, offering a unique perspective on architecture.Ramon Enrich invites viewers to lose themselves in these mysterious landscapes, embarking on a journey that is more psychological than physical. As the artist describes, his goal is “to reveal something hidden, allowing for inexplicable connections to emerge."
Presentation
Ramon Enrich is a contemporary Spanish painter who lives and works in Igualada near Barcelona. After a technical education at the School of Fine Arts in Barcelona, he joined the Jonas Judd Foundation and then at the Chinati Foundation in the United States. In Los Angeles, he worked with Ed Ruscha and David Hockney, before becoming Julian Schnabel's assistant in New York.
In his figurative paintings, with their geometric shapes and enigmatic atmosphere, Ramon Enrich establishes a conversation between architecture and landscape. The simplicity of his landscape forms creates a highly theatrical vision of architecture.
