Description
This work of art, resolutely geometric, immediately captures the attention with its explosion of vibrant colors. The shapes are carefully interlocked, creating an effect of symmetry and movement. Circles overlap triangles and rectangles, each containing multi-colored segments. The intense color palette – composed of greens, blues, pinks, and oranges – gives a dynamic energy to the composition. The skillful use of lines creates depth and captivating perspective. Textures, visible through linear striations, add a tactile dimension to the work. This painting is distinguished by its perfect balance between abstraction and visual harmony, inciting prolonged contemplation. It is a bold celebration of color and form, evoking both the simplicity of modern design and the complexity of human emotions.
Presentation
Self-taught painter, living in Le Mans, Stéphane Cantin has resumed his brushes for ten years.
He offers through his paintings a new perspective on the world around us; to look at it both as a colorful succession inviting reverie but also as an opening to deeper reflections.
Artistic freedom and freedom of the press being the two great paths leading to free thought, the artist brings them together in works that are both simple and complex with the sole objective of making everyone move forward on the path of reflection and of freedom.
