Through the Looking Glass, 1996

Anatoly Kost

This picture is a transformation of music on canvas, so it is accompanied by:

Visiomix - Lara Fabian, entitled "Dance of Consciousness". Which includes two more paintings from the collection "Awareness" and "Premonition".

"Through the Looking Glass" can cause the viewer a sense of unusualness and complexity. It can give the work an additional level of meaning and contribute to the understanding of the work as a whole. This concept in art that describes the effect where a work of art reflects or duplicates its environment or reflects itself. This is shown through reflections or reflections, shapes and colour. Behind the mirror, each viewer must perceive individually. Perhaps it will be an identical reflection, and perhaps an opposite reflection. Accompanied by Lara Fabian and looking at the lighter and darker shades in the painting, the abstract feel of this painting should emerge.

Concept

The painting "Awareness" by the outstanding Ukrainian artist Anatoly Kosta. The painting was painted in 1995 in the artist's Volyn workshop and was presented at many exhibitions. First of all, this painting belongs to the "Dances of Consciousness" Triptych and a collection of six paintings.

The artist adheres to the concept of the process of transmuting the energy of abstract art into the energy of music or choreography and vice versa, emphasizing their mutual polyphonic nature. Masterpieces of world musical classics and choreography are a significant factor in the inspiration of his work, which became the basis for defining a personal philosophical direction in abstraction, namely contemp-abstraction (a plastic representation of his inner state). Anatoliy Kost used the slogan ArtHouse abstraction as a category of artistic form of communication with the viewer, through the formalization of the concept of Viѕiozong (a composition of several works), as an illustrated accompaniment to a musical or choreographic action.
