Description
This vibrant, colorful artwork immediately captures the attention. At the center, a clownish figure dominates the composition, clad in a white costume adorned with red buttons. His face, a blend of green and metallic tones, intrigues with its enigmatic expression and exaggerated features. To the left, a juggler, his serene eyes accentuating the contrast with the surrounding angular shapes. To the right, a dancer in a red leotard rises gracefully, her elegant posture infusing the work with a sense of fluid movement. The background, a burst of vibrant yellow fading to red, frames these figures, creating a theatrical scene rich in symbolism. Each element evokes an interplay between reality and imagination, giving the work a captivating and mysterious depth.
Presentation
At the age of 10, she started practicing drawing and later on became passionate about painting. She got a training in painting at first autodidactically before working in the workshop of Brienne with Jean Louis Engels until 1994. She then enrolled in open courses at the School of Fine Arts of Toulouse with Rémi Peyranne.
A versitile artist he draws his inspiration from raw art to cubism; from Matisse to Modigliani, from Picasso to Chagall, Sabine Louriac's paintings depict mostly female personages, strange and almost anthropomorphism with a colorful and bright color pallette.
