Description
A fixed eye. A tense jaw. And beneath the paint… the story of a broken god. Kratos, revisited here in a rougher, more edgy graphic style. The line is tense, like his gaze, ready to explode. But this time, it's not just violence that we feel: it's what's bubbling beneath. A contained pain, a story that we read between the wrinkles, the blows, and the silences. The printed collages—excerpts from comics linked to Kratos's universe or other powerful figures—integrate into his flesh. They add flashes of memory, anger, and inner conflict. The gold paint, like symbolic scars, emphasizes that even the most ferocious carry within them a nobility, an ancient weight. It's a compact, explosive canvas, but also emotionally heavy. Small in size, massive in intensity.
This artwork immediately captures attention with its piercing gaze and innovative use of collage and mixed media. The eye's vibrant blue dominates the composition, surrounded by shades of red and brown that form an intensely expressive face. Presentation
Since childhood, Noël Caizergues has had a passion for drawing, starting with creating Pokémon in his notebooks. This passion led him to explore various means of artistic expression, particularly through comic book characters. In 2013, he launched Level Art, a project that reflects his love of art and moves spectators at events such as the Toulouse Game Show. Noël highlights the strength and resilience of women through his pop culture-inspired collages, seeking to provoke meaningful conversations and social change.
